Detailed artwork and vibrant color on cotton, polyester and blends. Smooth transfer feel; supports detailed full-color designs.

About 50-100 washes with proper care.

Softest Feel - Permanent

Sublimation

Best on white or light 100% polyester. Ink becomes part of the fibers, so the design has no raised layer.

Will not crack or peel; color remains in the polyester fibers.

Textured - Professional

Embroidery

A durable stitched finish suited to logos, uniforms and repeat wear. Complexity and stitch count affect the quote.

Before production begins

A few things to know.

Proof approval

Production begins after written proof approval. Customers must check spelling, names, dates, colors, size and placement. Approved errors are not eligible for a free reprint.

Payment and cancellation

Orders under $100 are paid in full before materials are ordered. Bulk orders require a 60% deposit unless the invoice states otherwise. Custom materials and completed design work are nonrefundable.

Customer-provided garments

Garments must be new, clean and decoration-ready. They are accepted at the customer's risk. One extra garment is recommended for orders of 5 or more.

Production tolerances

Placement may vary by up to 0.5 inch because each design is positioned and applied by hand. Screen colors may vary slightly from finished thread, transfer and fabric colors.

Changes after approval

Changes to artwork, spelling, style, color, quantity or placement may require a revised quote and may restart turnaround. Additional revision rounds are charged at the applicable artwork fee.

Turnaround and rush orders

Turnaround begins after payment, final proof approval and receipt of all garments or materials. Supplier delays are outside the production schedule. Accepted rush orders add 25%.

Approval of the final quote confirms acceptance of these order safeguards.
